TERMS AND CONDITIONS for ADULTS (REGULAR CLASS)

 Gold foils required for Tanjore painting courses will be provided by Maven for an
additional fee, which is not included during tuition. The cost of gold foil is subject to
change in accordance with prevailing gold rates.

 The validity of each course shall be determined according to the schedule selected
by the student upon enrollment.

 After the validity period has ended, students may purchase additional hours to
continue their classes until completion.

 Students must pay fees upfront while joining

 The payment made for a particular course applies only to that course and cannot be
used for others.

 Fees are non-refundable.

 Class schedules must be followed appropriately to complete the course within the
committed validity period.

 Any changes to class timings or postponements will be communicated in advance via
WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call.

 Course fee questions can be answered before registration.

 Maven will not be held responsible for any painting or board left behind due to
discontinuation of classes, for any reason whatsoever.

 Upon completion of the course, students are kindly requested to promptly
collect their artwork. Maven Management cannot assume responsibility for any
artwork left beyond two weeks.

 Framing charges are additional.

 Maven will be closed on all government and scheduled holidays. Kindly refer to our
Holiday list before joining the course.

Kids -Terms and Conditions for Regular Students (Level Beginner to Level 7)

Effective Date: 01.06.2025
1. Working Hours:
o Monday to Saturday 10 AM – 7 PM. Lunch break: 1 PM – 3 PM.
o Weekday evening session starts 04 PM to 07 PM
o Saturday class schedule Morning 10 Am to 1 PM and Evening 03 PM to 07
PM
o Sunday – 9.30 am – 11.30 am, 11.30 am – 1.30 pm & 3 pm – 5 pm

2. Class Schedule:
o Students must choose a fixed weekly timetable during registration. (2
hours/week, totaling 8 hours/month).
o Chosen time slots must be strictly followed to maintain batch quality.
o Schedule can be changed only once in 6 months and only upon
submission of a letter at the admin in front office, signed by the parent (if
the student is a minor).
o Schedule allotment is purely based on the availability of the slot for that
batch
o Requests beyond this limit may not be entertained.
o Please refrain from sending students on their non-scheduled hours.

3. Leaves & Compensation:
o Leave must be informed at least 2 days in advance.
o Missed classes without prior notice will not be compensated.
o All compensations are subject to teacher availability and must be pre-
planned
o Compensation is allowed only once per month as a special case due to
valid reasons.
o Compensation for a compensated session will not be provided.
o We do not offer on-the-go or casual makeup classes — our priority is to
maintain quality for every student.

4. Art Materials:
o Course materials are carefully curated and provided in-house.
o Use of our materials is mandatory to ensure quality and consistency.

5. Fees:
o Fees must be paid on time on or before 7 th of every month.
o Fee paid through G pay/IMPS/Neft, details to be forwarded to Maven
admin desk (9094990718)
o No refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

6. Classroom Rules:
o Parents are not allowed inside the classrooms during or after sessions
without prior permission.
o Dress code must be followed as per regulatory requirements of schooling
procedures.

7. Communication:
o All official updates will be shared via WhatsApp.
o If you are not receiving messages, please inform us immediately.

8. Long Leave Policy:
o For leaves extending a month or more, re-registration is required.
o The student will be freshly assessed, and all initial registration terms will
apply, including a registration fee.

9. Holidays & Disruptions:
o Refer to our holiday list – no compensation will be provided for Maven
declared holidays.
o No compensation will be provided for classes missed due to natural
calamities, government-declared holidays, or unforeseen disasters
